If there's one thing I'm exceptionally great at in the kitchen, it's dumping anything straight from a can into a pan. (My mother's spectacular cooking gene did not make it into my DNA.)
The only other kitchen task that comes naturally is mixing drinks, and that has come in pretty handy the past few weekends when Mr. Cush and I have been venturing to the neighborhood pool to cool off from the central Texas heat. We started off buying the pre-made concoctions that Bailey's sells and taking them with us in our Big Gulp cups, but 10 ounces for $2 got kind of old really quick. (Not to mention, they just weren't that good.)
We decided we needed to come up with something else, and after perusing Pinterest for a bit I found a recipe that includes three items and makes the perfect amount for an afternoon or two spent poolside ...
(Yes, I used the patriotic bottle of Svedka vodka because it was on sale at the liquor store after the Fourth of July. And Mr. Cush and I are proud Americans. It was an ideal combo.)
I think you should give it a name or mention the existing names for this drink.
